Easily book upfront via the members portal or soon the TTF members app.
Everyone has a "Member Portal" even new trialling members, casual visitors or long term member, everyone books via the "Member Portal".
This helps our Trainers prepare the best session possible.
HOW TO LOGIN
Already entered your email & other details with us? Log in with the email you gave us & use your mobile as a 1 time password then click the green “existing member” button. (Mobile is a first time only, the system will then prompt you to create a new one, unless you’ve already created a password, then use that).
If you haven't provided us with those details, please click the BLUE "sign up" button and choose any membership you desire or grab a FREE TRIAL & follow those prompts to set up the member portal then repeat the above.
You can click the "forgot password" anytime if you need to reset.
HOW TO BOOK
Once logged in, from the bookings button, Book 101s (beginners) under “other services” & classes under “classes”. All new trialling members get 2 classes & 3 x 30min 101 sessions. During the 101 sessions, staff can set up key tags, teach skills & answer any questions you may have.
Once booked & confirmed all session times will appear on your portal homepage & you can manage them there. Heads up, 15min blockout on bookings as we require 15min notice to book or cancel. $5 “no show” fee applies to members but not trialling members. We will zero any charges for those on trial. Be sure to tap your key tag on arrival to all gym visits.
