Paul Rose & his team run the RBC (ROSE BOXING CLUB) proudly operating out of Paul’s Fitness Centre TTF. The RBC specialise in teaching the “Sweet Science” of Boxing, also providing Strength & Conditioning that goes with the sport. All ages & levels are welcome to hone defensive & offensive tactics under the tutelage of Paul Rose.
Coaching over 400 fights across Australia at the highest level, Paul is passionate about boxing and loves building you from the ground up or adding to your existing skills. Former open elite dual state champion, State Captain, international Australian representative, 2 x State Coach & 1 x State Manager.
