You decide if your TTF STRETCH class is a workout or a cool down. All classes aim to
slowly push your body towards its boundaries and to stretch muscles, ligaments, tendons, joints, connective tissue or fascia. The focus is to slowly and over time increase flexibility.
You will learn stretching techniques and use the TTF Foam Roler. Static or P & F stretching combined with foam rolling are the best ways to release myo-fascia. Foam rolling in particular increases flow circulation & injury prevention by lengthening a contracted muscle.
