Our Stretch class is the perfect ice breaker session to the gym or recovery session after a hard week of training. Static or P & F stretching combined with foam rolling are the best ways to release myo-fascia, foam rolling in particular increases flow circulation & injury prevention by lengthening a contracted muscle.
